Note: Orders may ship separately depending on the product type. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Prints

Order Processing

  • Prints are made-to-order.

  • Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information.

Shipping Times (Estimated)

  • Canada: 4–10 business days

  • United States: 4–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Quality Guarantee

  • If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will provide a replacement when possible, or a refund if a replacement is not feasible.

Note: Minor color variations due to printing processes, paper, and environmental factors are normal and not covered by the quality guarantee.

Returns & Refunds

  • Prints cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or minor color differences.

  • Only damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if your package is lost.

  • We will assist in sending a replacement.

Apparel

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Apparel is made-to-order.

  • Production and shipping typically take:

    • Domestic: 5–10 business days

    • International: 10–25 business days

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your apparel order for any issues.

  • Include your order number and photos of the problem.

  • All returns must be approved before shipping; unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Worn, stained, or altered items cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-returnable Items

  • Underwear, tights, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, masks (hygiene reasons)

  • Sample items

  • Deliberately damaged items

  • Items returned after 7 days of receipt

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method in the currency used for purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date if your package is lost.

  • We will assist in sending a replacement.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

Original Fine Art

Processing Time

Original artworks typically ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Larger works or pieces requiring custom packaging may require additional preparation time. You will receive tracking information once your artwork has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (USA & Canada)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

All original artworks are professionally packaged to ensure safe transit and are shipped with insurance coverage based on their declared value.

International Shipping (Outside USA & Canada)

Collectors located outside the United States and Canada must contact us prior to purchase to receive an accurate shipping quote.

Due to variations in artwork dimensions, weight, insurance value, and customs regulations, international shipping costs for original fine art vary significantly by destination.

Orders placed internationally without prior shipping confirmation may be subject to cancellation.

All import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Insurance & Risk of Loss

All original artworks are shipped with appropriate insurance coverage.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
• Provide clear photographs of:

  • The artwork

  • The interior packaging

  • The exterior packaging

  • The shipping label
    • Retain all packaging materials for potential carrier inspection

Failure to follow these steps may void insurance claims.

Damage claims will be handled in accordance with the carrier’s insurance policies.

Returns

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all sales are final.

Returns are accepted only in cases of verified shipping damage.

Minor variations in color due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, or natural material texture do not constitute defects.
