These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Darriel Jones Art website and the purchase of any artwork, prints, merchandise, or related products.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products & Artwork

Darriel Jones Art sells:

  • Original oil paintings

  • Limited and open edition prints

  • Apparel and merchandise

  • Other creative works as listed

All artwork images are displayed as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Original artworks may include sculptural or 3D elements and are described accordingly in product listings.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD/USD.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Production time (for prints or made-to-order items)

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Darriel Jones Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

For original artworks with 3D elements, additional packaging precautions may be taken. Shipping costs may reflect special handling requirements.

Returns & Refunds Original Artwork

All original artwork sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and the damage.

  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Prints & Merchandise

Due to the made-to-order nature of prints and apparel, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor color variations

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Darriel Jones.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Resell images

  • Create derivative works

Without written permission.

Commercial use of any artwork is strictly prohibited unless licensed in writing.

Commissions

If commission services are offered:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins.

  • Remaining balance must be paid before shipping.

  • Creative direction remains at the artist’s discretion.

  • Minor revisions may be included; major revisions may incur additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

Darriel Jones Art shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Losses resulting from delayed shipments

  • Improper handling after delivery

All artwork should be handled with care, especially pieces containing sculptural elements.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt site security

  • Copy or scrape content

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
